Disability training Feedback from our workshops has been consistently positive over many years.  The sessions can be eye-opening for most attendees as they discover the extent of “disability” and its implications.  Frequently, some realise that they themselves, friends or family members come within the legal protection of the definition - a real personal revelation.  For their organisations, increased understanding means: Better services to the public. Improved employee relations. Legal compliance. Great content and delivery. Our disability workshops (plus the broader equality and diversity training sessions) have been refined over the last 15 years.  Leading a forum of diversity trainers has meant that our knowledge and delivery skills have been well honed with professional peers.  Using trainers who are themselves disabled adds real-life insight. Structure. Three hour sessions have proved to be most effective although shorter ones have been popular with contact centre staff that needed just the key highlights.    With up to 30 attendees at each session, they are excellent value per attendee.  We also encourage attendees to share their own experiences to enrich the interactive exercises and group discussions. Comprehensive materials. Each attendee receives: a session workbook including all key materials. Supplementary information. A Continuous professional development certificate. All training materials are regularly updated to reflect both changing legislation and recent research.
